Our small but fine sauna and fitness area is like our hotel philosophy: genuinely relaxed. Here our guests find a haven of peace that makes the hustle and bustle of the world seem quite far away. The warmth of the panorama sauna, a classic sauna bath with 80 to 100 °C and low humidity - relaxes the muscles, calms the mind and brings you back into harmony with your body. Our herbal sauna, with 46 to 65° C, is a very mild sauna that is easy on the circulation and in which the valuable ingredients of fragrant herbs provide a feel-good atmosphere. Regular sauna bathing increases the resistance against infections, relaxes the muscles, the cardiovascular system is trained and the blood pressure is regulated.
To work out and continue your usual fitness programme, you can use two exercise bikes, a treadmill, a wall bars, a cable pulley and a rowing machine in the well-equipped fitness area of our 4-star superior wellness hotel in the Harz Mountains. Because it is simply more fun to work out in beautiful surroundings, we have opted for exclusive and innovative equipment in the fitness room that combines design and functionality in a very special way. They are well thought out, made from natural, renewable materials and constructed in such a way that they really cut a fine figure.
Some of the fitness equipment is made of solid, oiled wood, is manufactured in a factory in Germany and has already won a design award.We think that's right, because they are the most beautiful pieces of sports equipment a gym shoe has ever seen.So don't forget to pack your sports gear in your suitcase! Even a short workout with the swing dumbbells - made of wood and leather - is an experience.
